Any prices quoted on this site are subject to change without notification. All prices are quoted on a 'from' basis and are subject to availability.

Bookings made online are subject to the rules relating to that fare and Real Traveller's booking terms and conditions and your acceptance of those rules and conditions. All bookings made are subject to the user fulfilling the payment and eligibility requirements of their ticket - failure to do so may result in a reservation being cancelled. Real Traveller reserves the right to charge fees, not exceeding the price of the ticket, for such cancellations. Prices shown are inclusive of non-optional charges e.g. taxes.   Payment by credit card will incur a 2% surcharge (except American Express which is 3%), payment by debit card is a one-off £2 charge per transaction, regardless of total holiday cost .

Changes to Terms & Conditions
Real Traveller can change the Terms and Conditions as they wish. The existing terms and conditions when you made a reservation or booking remain applicable.

Registration
When you decide to register via the website, we ask you for personal details such as your name, email address, age, whether you are a student and the region in which you live. This information is then used to:

i) email you weekly newsletters and special offers (if you choose to receive them)
ii) allow you to enter any competition that appears on the website. 

If you have booked with us recently you will automatically be sent one newsletter from us - at this time you can choose to continue to receive them or remove your registration in one click.

You are entitled to a copy of your information held by us. If you would like to see this please ask us.

Third Parties
We run promotions with third parties at specific times of the year - however, we will not share your data with these third parties unless you choose to opt-in via the form for that specific promotion - this will be made very clear.

Third parties advertise on our website and in our newsletter, however your data is kept on our records only, no other company will be given this data by Real Traveller. We ensure that we manage all data under the guidelines of the Data Protection Act and all information is processed in accordance with the principles laid down by the Act.

If you cancel your booking
If you cancel your arrangements, you may be entitled to a partial refund. In addition to the cancellation terms and conditions of your supplier(s), Real Traveller fees will apply. Please refer to the specific conditions of the travel items selected. By confirming the booking, you are accepting the specific ticket conditions relating to your chosen fare. We need to receive from you written notification of cancellation and your original ticket/voucher before any refund can be considered. Refunds will only be paid to you once we have received the funds back from the supplier(s). Generally flight tickets cannot be refunded if they are partially used. If the reason for your cancellation is covered under the terms of your travel insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim your cancellation charges through your insurer.
